 OsCam OSCam for Windows Version OSCam runs on several operating systems including Windows (via Cygwin - A Linux-like environment on Windows) Below is the attachment of the current build (0.99.4 svn # 3014) compiled for Windows. The package contains the Cygwin DLLs and a basic configuration needed to start to go. The included config defaults to a compatible serial phoenix reader on COM1 that works on 3.58MHz.
