Flights to Helsinki

Hi,
Can anyone tell me which airlines fly from London to Helsinki. I am trying to find the cheapest way to fly there, but I keep finding flights for a few hundred pounds (GBP) - so to keep to my budget I may have to fly Ryanair to Tampere and then take a train to Helsinki. What would an avg fare from Lon>Hel cost (GBP)?
